HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Buying on LeSportsac Online Store is fast and immediate. You can complete a purchase without registering. We advise you however to create an account to gain access to first hand information on new arrivals, sales and other updates.

You can use the search function on the site to make your search more precise.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

In each product page you can view all the information relating to the item (print name and code, dimensions and functions) and, by clicking on the product image, enlarge it to view all the details.

 

HOW TO BUY

To purchase a product at LeSportsac Online Store:

  1. Select the item of choice
  2. Add the product to cart
  3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen
  4. Click on the cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order
  5. If you are a registered user you can log in or continue as a guest and enter the shipping address and billing address
  6. Select payment method and enter payment details
  7. Check that the details entered are correct and confirm

You will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order.

  

I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

If you have received a promotional code, all you have to do is enter it on the order completion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically. Please check that the discount has been applied before closing the purchase. Remember to enter the promotional code when the order is finalized as it will not be possible to add it later. If, after checking, your code does not work, get in touch with our Customer Service.


We also remind you that promotions and discounts in some cases are not cumulative and are subject to its own terms and conditions.

DO I NEED TO BE REGISTERED TO BUY ON THE LESPORTSAC ONLINE STORE?

You do not need to be registered to buy but you will not be able to view the orders placed in your private area.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFO?

To change your details, log in to your My Account by entering your email and password. By clicking on "Edit" you can update the data you want.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

We're sorry you want to leave us! Remember that your My Account is free and allows you to make purchases easily, take advantage of promotions and exclusive discounts. If you still want to deactivate your My Account please contact our Customer Service confirming your personal data and email address with which you registered. Once we receive this information, we will deactivate your My Account and send you an email to confirm that it has been closed.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER?

You can sign up from the Home Page, by entering your email address, or directly when registering in My Account.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click on the link to cancel your subscription at the bottom of each of our emails. It may take up to 7 days for this change to take effect. If you change your mind in the future, you can sign up again simply by following the instructions listed above.

 

ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

HOW CAN I VERIFY THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

If the order has been made correctly and is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

We are unable to take orders by phone, but you can shop online with complete confidence. Our website uses sophisticated software to provide the highest level SSL encryption technology to secure your online payment.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS?

All our orders are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). LeSportsac Online Store do not charge any additional fee on exchange rates, however your local bank may charge for additional fee/exchange rate should you purchase with an international currency. For further information, your local banks/card provider may provide additional details.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES ON MY PURCHASES (FOR MALAYSIA)?

No, the total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES AND DUTIES ON MY PURCHASES (FOR SINGAPORE)?

We ship item(s) from Malaysia to Singapore on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Please click here to contact us if you have any questions relating to shipping to your country. The recipient is responsible for paying any duties incurred.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE THE ORDER (ADD OR DELETE ITEMS)?

Once the order is concluded, it is no longer possible to modify it. Please contact our Customer Service immediately to notify us of any order cancellations

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME

Once the order is concluded, it is not possible to change shipping and delivery times. For all details of delivery time and costs, please see our Shipping & Return page.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER?

Once order has been picked and packed, an email will be sent containing your tracking number for reference

MORE THAN 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you see the confirmation message at the time of purchase, we recommend checking the spam folder. If you do not find the order confirmation email, contact our Customer Service.
