WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE THERE?
Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE standard door-to-door delivery service within Malaysia
International Shipping : We offer FREE standard door-to-door delivery service to Singapore with a minimum purchase of RM500. A flat-fee of RM30 applies if minimum purchase cannot be met
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to all addresses in Malaysia and Singapore, with the exception of P.O. Boxes.
Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing your order. Shipping lead times are within 3 - 5 working days (3 - 7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 7-10 working days for Singapore) after dispatch. Our Customer Service team will assist you should there be any inquiries.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, you can use this to view the status of your order within the My Account section of the site.
If you have not received your tracking number within the next working day, please contact Customer Service.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email from LeSportsac Online Store and your order goes into a queue to be processed for pick and pack. You may login to your account to view the status of your order at each stage of the process.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A DELAY IN MY DELIVERY?
Delays are commonly caused by wrong information provided by Customer, import delays and/or high demand of orders. LeSportsac Online Store will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data provided by Customer is incorrect. However, our Customer Service team is always happy to provide any assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope that your order will be just what you want. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them for any reason within 10 days from the date of receipt of the items for a refund. However, we have the right to only partially refund you the amount if your returned products were bought together with other products that entitled you to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers.
Goods must be unused and in the original packaging (complete with security tag). Please take note that once the security tag is removed, the item intended for return will be rejected.
The delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
Purchase of sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
DO I PAY FOR MY RETURN?
You are responsible for all shipment cost incurred in the order, and the courier / transportation cost incurred for returning the merchandise to our head office in Malaysia. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Before returning the item, please send a request of return to our Customer Service team. Our team will acknowledge and accept your request to return and advice the assigned return location. You must return the merchandise to assigned location within 7 days and take reasonable care of all Goods both in your possession and in process of transfer / delivery, including but not limited to the appropriate package to avoid damage. Our Customer Service team will inspect the merchandise and advice on the refund eligibility. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed upon receipt of your returned item(s). In the event that the Return Parcel does not reach us within this time frame, we reserve the rights to refuse the return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY?
We do our best to ensure all items are thoroughly checked for functionality before shipping out. However, please contact Customer Service for further arrangements and we are happy to assist you further.
