Terms & Conditions - Plinko Game

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Plinko game ("the Game") and the winning criteria and prize distribution provided by Bluebell Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd ("the Provider"). By participating in the Game, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you should not participate in the Game.

Eligibility

2.1 The Game is open to individuals who are at least 5 years old at the time of participation and who downloads the b-circle app. 

2.2 Employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of the Provider and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Game.

How to Play

3.1 The Game involves dropping a disc (Plinko chip) from the top of a vertical board with a series of pegs and slots, twice. 

3.2 The player must aim to guide the disc through the pegs, allowing it to fall into one of the slots at the bottom of the board.

3.3 The slot in which the disc lands determines total points and therein the prize won by the player.

3.4 The Game requires the player to drop the disc twice and the player may have only 1 attempt to play, after downloading the b-circle app.

Prizes

4.1 The Provider will specify the available prizes for the Game, the guide as follows:

Tier 1: Popcorn (0-50 scores)

Tier 2: Popcorn + Juice (60-70 scores)

Tier 3: LeSportsac Bag Below RM100 (80 scores)

Tier 4: LeSportsac Bag Below RM300 (90 scores)

Tier 5: LeSportsac Bag Below RM500 (100 scores)

4.2 The prizes are subject to availability and may be changed or substituted at the Provider's discretion.

4.3 The Provider will determine the prize corresponding to each slot on the board.

4.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Fair Play and Conduct

5.1 Participants must play the Game according to the rules and instructions provided by the Provider.

5.2 Cheating, tampering, or any other form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification from the Game.

5.3 The Provider reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unfair behavior.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Provider will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the Game.

6.2 The Provider will not be responsible for any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures that may affect the Game.

6.3 The Provider does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Game and its associated services.

Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Game, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and game design, belong to the Provider.

7.2 Participants are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or using any intellectual property of the Provider without prior written consent.

Privacy

8.1 The Provider may collect and process personal data of participants for the purpose of administering the Game and delivering prizes.

8.2 The Provider will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the Game, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
